By using Noxta, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — read the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
Noxta is a companion app for festival attendees: lineup, schedule, maps, and festival info, provided by the festival organizer through the app. Noxta is a tool for displaying that information — it doesn't guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. Always confirm safety-critical information (curfews, emergency procedures, medical points) through the festival's official channels.
In-app chat is not enabled in this release. If chat is enabled in a future release, you agree not to:
Messages can be reported by any attendee and reviewed by festival staff; reported content may be hidden. Repeated abuse may result in being blocked from a festival's chat.
If you're setting up a festival on Noxta, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish (lineup, schedule, venue details). If chat is enabled in a future release, you will also be responsible for moderating your festival's chat and reported content.
Noxta is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that festival data will always be up to date — connectivity at festival venues is often unreliable, and the app is built to degrade gracefully (cached data, offline mode) but can't promise perfect accuracy in real time.
To the extent permitted by law, Noxta and its operators aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including relying on schedule or venue information that turns out to be outdated or incorrect. Festival attendance always carries inherent risk that's the responsibility of the festival organizer and attendee, not the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the app are governed by the law of the country in which Noxta's operating entity is established, published alongside that entity's name in the Privacy Policy on the app's public launch. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer or data-protection law of your own country of residence. Your privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
